The biggest characteristic of QC3.0, its voltage regulation mechanism is “INOV”, its permit input voltage is starting from 3.6V, taking 0.2V (200mV) as unit, to combine the timing battery temperature, conversion rate and power factors to make slight adjustment, and gradually to improve or decrease under the permit input voltage (9V or 12V).
